國際演講會的使命：透過分會俱樂部，幫助男女會員學(xué)習(xí)說話、傾聽與思考的藝術(shù)──這些重要的技能能夠促使個人實現(xiàn)自我，強化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛能，增進(jìn)人際相互了解，并對全人類的進(jìn)步作出貢獻(xiàn)。
