現(xiàn)在新冠疫苗已經(jīng)向全民開放接種了，年齡18周歲及以上身體基礎(chǔ)狀況良好、無特殊疾病的公民，即可免費(fèi)接種，即使是在深的外籍人士也可免費(fèi)接種新冠疫苗，近日，深圳市健康委員會也發(fā)布了深圳市關(guān)于在深外籍人士預(yù)約接種新冠病毒疫苗的告示。

(Notice of Shenzhen Municipality on COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment for Foreigners in Shenzhen)

根據(jù)廣東省新冠病毒疫苗接種工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組關(guān)于在粵外籍人士接種新冠病毒疫苗的工作安排，按照“知情、自愿、自費(fèi)、風(fēng)險自擔(dān)”原則,深圳市已啟動在深外籍人士接種新冠病毒疫苗工作。自2021年4月22日起，在深圳的外籍人士可通過“健康深圳”微信公眾號進(jìn)行預(yù)約接種。

According to the Guangdong Provincial Leading Group's work arrangements on COVID-19 Vaccination for foreign nationals in Guangdong, Shenzhen has initiated COVID-19 vaccination for foreigners in Shenzhen based on the principles which include informed consent, voluntariness, self-paying, and own risk-bearing. From April 22, 2021, foreign nationals in Shenzhen are able to schedule a vaccine appointment through the "健康深圳" WeChat official account.

一、接種對象(Recipients)

在廣東省內(nèi)年齡18周歲至59周歲，以及部分60周歲以上因特殊原因需接種、且身體基礎(chǔ)狀況較好的外籍人士可自愿接種。

已參加廣東省社會保障醫(yī)療保險，或?qū)儆趪矣嘘P(guān)規(guī)定明確可免費(fèi)接種疫苗的外籍(互惠國待遇)人士，享受與中國公民同等的免費(fèi)接種待遇。

未參加廣東省社會保障醫(yī)療保險，且不屬于國家有關(guān)規(guī)定明確可免費(fèi)接種疫苗的外籍人士自費(fèi)接種，費(fèi)用按100元/劑次收取。

Foreign nationals who are aged 18 to 59, some aged over 60 who need to be vaccinated for special reasons, and who have good physical conditions are able to get vaccinated voluntarily.

Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong or who enjoy the reciprocal medical treatment according to relevant national regulations enjoy the same policy (vaccination free of charge) as the insured Chinese citizens.

Those who do not buy social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong have to take the COVID-19 vaccine at their own expense, which is 100 RMB per dose.

二、接種點(diǎn)(Vaccination site)

全市共設(shè)置了8個“在深外籍人士及港澳臺同胞新冠病毒疫苗定點(diǎn)接種點(diǎn)”，名單見附件。

A total of 8 COVID-19 vaccination sites for foreign nationals and Hong Kong, Macaoand Taiwan compatriots have been set up in Shenzhen. See the attachment for the list.

三、預(yù)約方式(Appointment method)

為穩(wěn)妥有序?qū)嵤┙臃N工作，外籍人士接種采取“網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)體預(yù)約為主、網(wǎng)絡(luò)個人預(yù)約為輔”的方式進(jìn)行。各定點(diǎn)接種點(diǎn)的電話預(yù)約僅適用于不具備網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件的情況下的預(yù)約。未經(jīng)預(yù)約的，原則上不提供接種服務(wù)。

In order to implement vaccination in a safe and orderly manner, an online appointment method with group appointment as the primary while individual appointment as the secondary shall be adopted. Appointment via phone numbers of the designated vaccination sites shall only be adopted for those who don’t have access to network. In principle, vaccination is not provided without appointment.

(一)網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)體預(yù)約(Online group appointment)

由深圳市的各類企事業(yè)單位及商會等組織的接種，通過“健康深圳”公眾號，點(diǎn)擊“便民服務(wù)-For foreigners-團(tuán)體預(yù)約”進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約。預(yù)約成功后，按約定時間、地點(diǎn)組團(tuán)前往接種。

For vaccination organized by enterprises, public institutions, chambers of Commerce, etc. in Shenzhen, applicants are able to book a group appointment through the "健康深圳" WeChat official account (Public Services > For foreigners > Group Appointment). Once booked successfully, applicants can organize a group to get vaccinated at the appointment time and site.

四、所需證件(Required identity documents)

接種時須攜帶《中華人民共和國外國人永久居留身份證》或護(hù)照及有效停居留證件;已參加廣東省社會保障醫(yī)療保險的，須攜帶有效醫(yī)保參保憑證。

To get vaccinated, applicants need to present their Permanent Residence ID Card or their passport and a residence permit in the People's Republic of China, as well as a medical insurance proof. Foreign nationals who have bought social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong must present a valid medical insurance proof on site.

五、注意事項(xiàng)(Precautions for vaccination)

在指定接種點(diǎn)接種前，請配合接種點(diǎn)工作人員完成規(guī)定程序，主動告知個人健康狀況，配合醫(yī)護(hù)人員詢問，簽署知情同意書和免責(zé)承諾書，由專業(yè)人員判定是否符合接種條件，接種后留觀30分鐘。接種期間，請按照當(dāng)?shù)匾咔榉揽卮胧?，做好個人衛(wèi)生防護(hù)。14天內(nèi)請密切關(guān)注自身身體情況，如有不適，請及時就醫(yī)。

Prior to the administration at the designated vaccination site, recipients have to cooperate with the staff of the vaccination site to complete the prescribed procedures, honestly disclose their personal health status, truthfully answer the medical staff's questions, and sign the Informed Consent and Disclaimer Statement. Medical professionals will determine whether they are eligible for vaccination. After vaccination, recipients should stay at the vaccination site for observation for 30 minutes. During the vaccination period, please take personal protections according to the local epidemic prevention and control measures. After vaccination, please pay close attention to your physical condition within 14 days. If you feel any discomfort, please seek medical treatment in time.
